In Italian, “Radunare,” pronounced “rah - due - nar -a,” means "to gather" or "to rally".  When Italian immigrants entered the United States in the early 1900s, they brought with them that intense sense of family, gathering, and food. As they "gathered" in the United States, they had to adapt their food, recipes and traditions to protect a way of life that defined who they were as a people, and to ensure this ideal survived in their new homeland. This defined what we know today as the Italian-American way of life.  The food and ambiance of Radunare is a unique and special evolution of that for today’s world, and at the same time, gives homage to our ancestors who adapted their Italian way of life when planting their roots in the United States. Radunare embraces Italian-American cuisine and culture in a fashion that speaks to today's consumers. Radunare is the exciting new neighborhood, family restaurant  to experience “everyday” Italian-American cuisine and culture in a casual setting  – where “gathering” is the main focus.
